To ensure we provide you with the best possible experience, there are a few things you need to know so as to enjoy your gift to the fullest. As we are a very busy Day Spa we suggest that you make your booking at least five days prior to desired appointment time. Please bring your Gift Voucher with you to exchange for your treatment. If lost or stolen, this Gift Voucher is not redeemable or transferable.
Please check your expiry date. The Gift Vouchers will be considered null & void from that date. If for any reason you can not redeem before the expiry date you would need to be in contact with Bella Mia prior to that expiry date. 14 day ONLY extension will be offered.
When re-scheduling or cancelling your appointment we would appreciate 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notification is given a 20 % cancellation fee will be charged. Gift vouchers will be rendered void, if you do not turn up for appointment without prior notice. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial visit to complete Lifestyle Consultation card.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment , reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. All treatments are completed as scheduled.
